We collect your adult first name, email address, enquiry type and message. Depending on your enquiry, you may also choose to share an organisation, discipline, interest, how you heard about us or a broad child age range. We record your contact consent and any separate choice to receive updates. Do not submit a child’s name, diagnosis, health information or photographs through this website.

How We Use It

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, only if you separately opt in, to send occasional updates. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Registration Storage And Email Alerts

Google Sheets stores the identifiable registration information described above for Kinaptic. Gmail sends Kinaptic an alert containing an enquiry reference and a link to the registration spreadsheet, rather than duplicating your contact details in the email. Google processes this registration information as a service provider for this workflow. These services do not receive Founding Families programme records.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing atp@kinaptic.io. You can withdraw consent to updates at any time.

Registration Contacts And Programme Data

Registration information is identifiable and is not described as anonymous. We use it only to reply to you and, if you opt in, to send updates.

Founding Families programme data is handled separately. We handle it in accordance with UK GDPR and operate a data minimisation policy, collecting only what is necessary for the programme. All Founding Families programme data is anonymised and is not shared with any third parties.
